If you still experience issues or have questions, please feel free to contact our Customer Service.
Exterior Cleaning
FOR SIMPLE STAINS try wiping with a dry cloth to remove most of the residue. If stain is still present, use a soft dry towel and wet with a dab of rubbing alcohol and gently rub the stain out. Once dry, rub again with a soft cloth to blend any marking that may be leftover.
IF STAIN IS OIL BASED use a drop of dish soap with warm water and using a soft cloth, gently rub the stain out. Let dry and if stain has is not completely removed. repeat with soap and warm water. Once stain has dissipated there may be a little left over soap residue, just rub out with warm water. Let it dry and take a dry cloth to rub out any leftover water markings.
FOR SALT STAINS we recommend cleaning with a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar and rubbing gently with a soft cloth.
Interior Cleaning
If the inside of your slippers or boots get a little moist or aren't smelling pleasant, we suggest inserting crumbled newspaper while they are at rest to absorb excess moisture. You can also use dryer sheets inside the boots while they are not being worn to assist with any odors.
