All orders purchased on a discount are nonrefundable. Your item(s) may be exchanged for a different item or store credit within 30 days of placing your order.
If you are sending an item/items back for return or exchange and the enclosed box is damaged, missing inserts or bags we will charge a restocking fee. The fee will range from $20-$60. Please be mindful and send your package back the way it was sent to you.
Any product returned with signs of wear will not be refunded but will be sent back at the customers expense.

If a garment is factory defect, we will ship the consumer a new item at no charge to the consumer.
You may ONLY RETURN OR EXCHANGE UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 14-days of receiving your delivery for a full refund. Any packages returned after 14-days from the original ship date will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Please allow time for ground transit as we must RECEIVE your return within 14 days.
However, after 14-days you are eligible to exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability).
We cover the cost of sending the exchange back to our customers, but we do not cover the cost of our customers shipments back to us.
If more than 30-days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
We ask that you allow 5-7 business days for exchanges and returns to be processed.

All international customers are responsible for any customs/VAT fees that occur when the product arrives to your country of purchase and if customers refuse a package due to fees owed, no refund will be applied.
If you have chosen first class package International as your shipping option please be advised that there is a risk with this option as there is no insurance coverage included if your package becomes lost or stolen.
International orders are eligible for return only. If you'd like to exchange your item, please send it back as a return and place a new order. At this time, we are unable to offer free returns for international orders.
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery of your order. Please include your order number as a reference.

Any product worn, washed, soiled, and/or damaged goods will not be refunded but will be sent back at the customers expense.
All promotional items, sale items, and/or items marked final sale, gift cards, or store credit.

For orders placed between November 30, 2022 and December 15, 2022 have a deadline of January 15, 2023 for returns.
Black Friday and Cyber Monday orders are non-refundable. Your items may be exchanged for a different item or store credit within 45 days of placing the order.
If you purchased item(s) using a gift certificate or store credit, then you may only receive a refund in the form of store credit.
If your package arrives at PAWJ California within 14-days of original ship date, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Pawj California.
If your package arrives at PAWJ California within 14-days of original ship date and you have selected store credit, your request will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in saleable condition. PAWJ California retains the sole right to inspect all merchandise returned prior to a refund being approved and issued. Should any merchandise be found to have signs of wear or not conform with the PAWJ California Return Policy, then the return will be declined and merchandise will be reshipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
If you are sending an item/items back for return or exchange and the enclosed box is damaged, missing inserts or bags or product that has any signs of slight wear we will charge a restocking fee. The fee will range from $20-$60. Please be mindful and send your package back the way it was sent to you.
For any reason should you be shipped an item that does not match your paperwork from the item ordered, then PAWJ California will immediately ship the correct item at no charge and will issue a refund for the cost of the return shipping.
Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
Exchanges will be offered based on availability and PAWJ California inventory. Items are not guaranteed to be in stock, so we advise that you place your order to ensure that you secure the item.
FOB Factory - All products are shipped FOB Factory. Without regard to who pays the shipping/freight charges, the risk of loss lies with the customer once it leaves our dock. Pawj products are shipped FOB Factory unless stipulated otherwise by the Customer Service Manager or National Sales Manager.
Insurance - Although we can offer insurance as a convenience for our customers at an additional fee, some carriers are obligated to assume responsibility for goods they carry. For example, UPS covers orders up to $100.00 U.S. The U.S. Post Office offers insurance of $50 for Priority Mail and $100 for Priority Mail Express at no additional cost. If the value of your order exceeds those limits, we suggest customers inquire regarding higher insurance. Higher insurance will mean a greater fee to you as the customer. Failure to add additional insurance may result in under insuring your order.
Signature for delivery - Additionally, if you are concerned with package theft, or any other concern of delivery, we suggest adding the additional cost of $3.00 U.S. when ordering your Pawj products for domestic delivery. This will require that delivery is not made without someone signing for it.
Lost Shipments – Pawj’s responsibility on all surface and air freight shipments extends to actual shipping of the order. Tracing or follow up is the responsibility of the customer and the carrier. Nevertheless, you may always expect our full cooperation in helping locate lost material. After allowing a reasonable amount of time for delivery, contact the Customer Service Department for tracing assistance. We will be happy to provide tracing numbers for your convenience.
