INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We understand international shipping fees can be a concern. Unfortunately, the duties, taxes, and fees charged are outside our control as they are imposed by the countries' government to raise revenue and protect their domestic industries.

All international customers are responsible if a customer refuses a package due to fees owed, no refund will be applied.

If you have chosen first class package International as your shipping option please be advised that there is a risk with this option as there is no insurance coverage included if your package becomes lost or stolen. 

International orders are eligible for return only.  If you'd like to exchange your item, please send it back as a return and place a new order.  At this time, we are unable to offer free returns for international orders.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery of your order.  Please include your order number as a reference.
