Shipping
All products are listed in US sizing. If you select First Class Package International as your shipping method, please note that this option does not include insurance coverage. PAWJ is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen under this service. We recommend selecting a tracked, insured option where available.
Please note: packages refused at the time of delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
International orders are eligible for returns only. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
- Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery
- Please include your order number inside your package
- We are unable to provide return shipping labels for international orders at this time
