RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
Black Friday / Cyber Monday orders are nonrefundable.
Your item(s) may be exchanged for a different item or store credit within 30 days of placing your order.
ORDER CHANGES + CANCELLATION
Orders can be changed only if they have not been shipped or processed by
our warehouse. Addresses can be changed or adjusted by emailing
email@example.com, only if you have not yet received your tracking information.
DISCOUNT CODES + SALE PRICING
Sale prices cannot be applied to previous orders, therefore price
adjustments are not allowed. No codes are necessary to receive sitewide
discounts. No discount codes are applicable during Black Friday / Cyber
Our offices will be closed for PAWJ employees to spend time with their families for the holidays from Dec. 24-Jan. 2. If you have an urgent question or issue with your order those emails will be addressed during the break. Thank you for your understanding.

Pawj Boots are made with high-quality synthetic suede and faux fur uppers, lined with soft faux fur and faux sheering. In addition, an EVA soles making them a 100% vegan line of footwear.
PAWJ boots, shoes, and slippers all fit a little differently and you can find a fit recommendation on each product before adding to your cart.
PAWJ accepts all major forms of card payments along with ShopPay, PayPal, GPay.
PAWJ offers a refund on new and unworn merchandise within 14 days of receiving your delivery. After 14 days you may only exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability). Here is a complete outline of our return and exchange policy.
Please double check that the shipping address you used matches your location. If so, check with your neighbors to make sure someone near you didn’t receive your package by mistake.
If you still have no luck and the shipping option you chose includes insurance you may file a claim with the chosen carrier so they can help locate your package. Please also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that a claim has been filed or if you have any questions or need further assistance.
