Please note, all orders purchased on a discount are nonrefundable. Your item(s) may be exchanged for a different item or store credit within 30 days of placing your order.
PAWJ offers a refunds on full price purchases on new and unworn merchandise within 14 days of receiving your delivery. After 14 days you may only exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability). Please refer to our Shipping + Returns page for more information on our policies, including during our Holiday Sales.
If you are sending an item/items back for return or exchange and the enclosed box is damaged, missing inserts or bags or product that has any signs of slight wear we will charge a restocking fee. The fee will range from $20-$60. Please be mindful and send your package back the way it was sent to you.

PAWJ boots, shoes, and slippers all fit a little differently and you can find a fit recommendation on each product before adding to your cart.

Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process it. Click here to learn more about our Shipping + Returns Policy.
Please double check that the shipping address you used matches your location. If so, check with your neighbors to make sure someone near you didn’t receive your package by mistake.
If you still have no luck and the shipping option you chose includes insurance you may file a claim with the chosen carrier so they can help locate your package. Please also email us at info@pawjca.com to let us know that a claim has been filed or if you have any questions or need further assistance.
