SHIPPING POLICY

FOB Factory All products are shipped FOB Factory. Regardless of who pays the shipping/freight charges, the risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order leaves our facility, unless otherwise stipulated by our Customer Service Manager or National Sales Manager.

Insurance Some carriers assume responsibility for goods they carry up to a certain value — UPS covers orders up to $100.00, USPS Priority Mail covers up to $50.00, and USPS Priority Mail Express covers up to $100.00 at no additional cost. If your order value exceeds these limits, we recommend purchasing additional insurance. Additional insurance is available at an extra fee; failure to do so may result in your order being underinsured.

Signature Required for Delivery If you are concerned about package theft or have any other delivery concerns, you may add a signature requirement for $3.00 (domestic orders). This ensures delivery cannot be completed without someone signing for the package.

Lost Shipments Pawj California's responsibility extends to the actual shipping of your order. Tracing or follow-up on lost shipments is the responsibility of the customer and the carrier. However, we are happy to assist — please contact our Customer Service Department and we will provide tracking numbers and full cooperation to help locate any lost packages.
